About the role
AG Logistics (Hong Kong) Company Limited is a global company who is seeking a dedicated Management Trainee to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics business. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing essential support to various departments. This position is crucial to ensuring our operations run efficiently and that our team has the resources they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
Handle full sets of company registration document independently and prepare necessary document and reports for management when required.
Apply for all kinds of licenses, permits, certificates, etc. which are necessary for company registration.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to General Manager.
Work closely with different departments in the office supporting their accounting and administrative needs
Assist in HR administrative matters including recruitment, payroll administration, pension calculation, annual leave administration, maintaining of employees’ personal files and insurance renewal.
Assist to maintain up to date on all office filing and license renewal
Other duties assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
Education: Graduated
Technical Skills:
can work with Government departments, banks, other organization related to business registration and business development.
Industry experience:
Experience in handling business registration
1-2 years of accounting/ admin experience preferably in the logistics industry
Knowledge in legal, customs and taxation will be an advantage
Fresh graduate will be considered
Management skills:
Able to work independently and a self starter
Personal qualities:
Honest with strong Integrity
Organized and detail oriented
Able to work under pressure
Proactive in approach and constantly look at ways to improve current process
Technology skills: Proficient use of MS Office Suite and accounting software.
Language skills: Fluent in English. Prefer more than one language.
Communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with different levels.
