Responsibilities:
Source, compare, and purchase raw materials needed for store, bakery, and F&B operations.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding price, availability, delivery schedule, and payment terms.
Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and related purchasing documents.
Monitor stock needs and coordinate with warehouse, store, and operations team.
Ensure purchased items meet quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and look for alternative suppliers when needed.
Negotiate prices and terms to support cost efficiency.
Check and follow up invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Prepare purchasing reports and update purchasing records regularly.
Support urgent purchasing needs while following company approval procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
Experience in raw material purchasing, F&B, retail, bakery, or FMCG industry is preferred.
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Able to compare quotations and prepare simple purchasing reports.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or with a team.
Able to communicate in English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Has supplier/vendor database for raw materials.
Familiar with purchasing flow, quotation comparison, PO, invoice, and delivery coordination.
Able to visit suppliers or markets when needed.
Understand basic stock control and material quality checking.
