Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the office’s filing and document systems in an organized and efficient manner
* File company documents neatly and efficiently,
* Process and distribute incoming mail and correspondence in a timely manner.
* Processing and managing important documents, including letters, contracts, and forms
* Providing administrative support for daily office activities and general administrative tasks for operational activities, including scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, and other related tasks.
* Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
* Assisting with special activities or projects as needed by the team.
Requirements:
* Minimum D3 degree in Office Administration or equivalent
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in an office administration role.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office applications.
* Able to type quickly, detail-oriented, and highly meticulous.
* Possess strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
* Possess good and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Have a good understanding of office administrative procedures
* Able to adapt to changes and work well both in a team and independently.
* Hold a Class A/C driver’s license
* Able to tolerate and accustomed to cigarette smoke
* Able to speak and write in English or Mandarin is a plus
* WFO - PIK 2, Monday - Saturday
