Admin Export
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in export administration or a related field.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
Good understanding of export processes and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to use basic Excel formulas for calculations and reporting.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling documents and data.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong administrative and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Check and verify export-import invoices, payment receipts, and related documents.
Input, update, and maintain export-import data and records accurately.
Prepare daily and monthly reports related to export activities and company transactions.
Process and monitor export-related payments.
Organize and archive documents in a systematic manner.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and related parties via email and phone.
Follow up on customer requests, shipments, and required documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth export operations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
