Compliance Health and Safety Officer

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or Public Health (specialization in K3/Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Health is an advantage)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance, Health & Safety within the garment manufacturing industry

• Familiar with social compliance and sustainability audit standards such as WRAP, SMETA, HIGG FSLM, and SLCP

• Possess a valid AK3U (General Occupational Safety Expert) Certification

• Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law

• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

• Excellent training, coordination, and communication skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
