Responsibilities:
Analyze consumer buying patterns,market trends,and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth based on e-commerce sales big data.
Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and ROAS.
Plan and lead end-to-end marketplace campaigns including mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales, and other promotional programs.
Responsible for managing end-to-end global e-commerce operations, from optimizing international store performance to executing strategic market expansion initiatives
Create performance reports, analyzing sales, campaign results, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify insights and support strategic planning.
Manage on product pricing to balance sales and margin.
Participate in promotional activities to develop sales.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
Hands-on operational experience with Shopee and Tokopedia is mandatory; strong understanding of platform rules and algorithm logic.
Skilled in Global E-commerce Management with expertise in overseeing end-to-end operations, optimizing international store performance, and executing strategic market expansion
Fluent in English is a MUST (Mandarin is a plus).
Proven experience managing all marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia.
Proficient in store operations, advertising placement, and campaign enrollment on Shopee and Tokopedia
Strong data analytics capability: Able to monitor and analyze key metrics (conversion rate,GMV, ROI, AOV, user behavior) to identify issues and implement optimization plans.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.
