Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, hardware, software, and related systems.

  • Monitor the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues in a timely manner.

  • Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and IT asset inventory.

  • Perform routine maintenance, system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers regarding IT-related services and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, network topology, system configurations, and support activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

  • Support the implementation of new IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technology initiatives.

  • Analyze recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and security.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, System Administration, or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and IT security fundamentals.

  • Experience in managing servers, network devices, user access management, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and cloud-based services is an advantage.

  • Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to support users across departments.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Willing to provide support outside regular working hours when required for critical system maintenance or emergencies.
