Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, hardware, software, and related systems.
Monitor the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and IT asset inventory.
Perform routine maintenance, system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers regarding IT-related services and equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, network topology, system configurations, and support activities.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Support the implementation of new IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technology initiatives.
Analyze recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, System Administration, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and IT security fundamentals.
Experience in managing servers, network devices, user access management, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and cloud-based services is an advantage.
Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to support users across departments.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willing to provide support outside regular working hours when required for critical system maintenance or emergencies.
