Finance and Accounting Officer

📌 Finance Officer / Accountant (Sanur, Bali)

🌱 About the Role 

We are building a strong, independent finance team to support a fast-growing business in the agriculture and trading sector. This role is critical to ensure financial control, compliance, and operational excellence across daily transactions and reporting. 

You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in setting up a professional, scalable finance function. 

✅ Key Responsibilities 

• Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, bank reconciliation) 

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) 

• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting (PPN, PPh21/23, SPT) 

• Maintain supporting documentation and audit trail 

• Handle inventory accounting for trading operations 

• Support budget tracking and cash flow monitoring 

• Work with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Odoo / Excel-based systems) 

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
