Customer Service

PT Brenntag is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team in Kelapa Gading Jakarta. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Answering inbound customer calls and emails, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests

• Processing customer orders, handling order changes and maintaining accurate records

• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner

• Providing detailed updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and service delivery

• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services and company policies

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the administration or sales support industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality service

• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
