Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or related administrative roles.
Minimum GPA 3.00.
Good understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and basic financial reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and responsible.
Able to work with deadlines and handle documents accurately.
Good communication skills for internal coordination and external follow-up.
Willing to learn new things and support other administrative or operational tasks when required by the company.
Support daily finance and accounting administration.
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Assist in checking invoices, payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly closing documents.
Maintain proper filing of accounting and operational documents.
Assist in administrative processes related to supplier coordination, procurement, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers or related external parties regarding documents, product information, samples, and follow-up based on company direction.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding document and data completeness.
Support other administrative or operational tasks as required by the company.
