Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Produce compelling content ideas, captions, video briefs, and collaborate with creative teams to bring them to life.
• Grow and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Support paid social media campaigns and help optimize performance for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to support product launches, campaigns, and events.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & emerging trends
• Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and community management
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Express, and social media management tools
• Experience with Meta & TikTok Ads is a plus
• Data-driven, creative, and highly organized
• Passionate about storytelling, digital culture, and building engaging online communities
• Beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG experience is preferred
