Quality Control (Flexible Packaging Background)
Job Description:
Monitoring quality standards and making adjustments to improve performance
Reviewing data from compliance audits to ensure that all regulations are being met
Participating in meetings with senior management to discuss issues or concerns about processes or products
Conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes
Maintaining documentation of quality control processes and results
Training new employees on the company’s standards and policies regarding quality control procedures
Conducting regular inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify potential hazards or problems
Evaluating new technology applications to improve processes or products
Developing methods for measuring product quality and ensuring that it meets specifications
Requirements :
Minimum Degree from Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or other relevant major from reputable university
Deep knowledge about ISO (9001, 22000), HACPP, GMP, internal audit and able to implement
Deep knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Halal Assurance System
Preferable Certified as KAHI/Training Koordinator Halal Indonesia
Certified as Calibration Officer/Training Petugas Kalibrasi
Experienced in leading audit of food safety & quality system, and good understanding in Document Control
Good interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work both independent or in a team
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong and highly motivated with positive mindset attitude
Able to communicate in English (oral and written)
Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang
