Oversee General Affairs functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-controlled daily operations across the organization, including:
Manage general office operations and support services.
Oversee facilities and building maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and productive work environment.
Monitor and control company assets, inventory, and asset administration.
Supervise company vehicle management, including maintenance, utilization, and compliance.
Coordinate security, housekeeping, and other outsourced support services.
Develop, implement, and improve General Affairs policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with company regulations related to facilities, assets, and operational support.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support business operations effectively.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs or a related field.
Strong knowledge of facility and building management, asset control, vehicle management, and office operations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
Experience in managing vendors, security, housekeeping, and facility-related projects is an advantage.
