Job Description:
Make and review all mall financial statements and distribute them.
Reviewing bank reconciliation and maintaining good company cash flow. Like managing the financial aspects of the mall such as bank activities, unknown reception and balance.
Responsible for the realization of the budget finance that refers to the COA.
Responsible for tax customers and solve them if there are problems.
Responsible for accounts receivable and AR company and ensure billing and issuance of invoices according to schedule.
Checking and signing bank expenditure vouchers, supporting documents for payment and arranging payment schedules.
Be responsible for financial problems, whether related to tenants or vendors.
Ensuring good cash management, investing and cash flow planning every month.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, or Finance
Strong project management and planning skills
Strong software application skills including spreadsheets, databases, word processing and presentation software
Solid knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
Advanced level experience in developing business objects reports
Analytical mind which is able to process information logically delivering value-added analysis
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
