Key Responsibilities:
Generate fresh business opportunities and leads to propel company revenue growth.
Actively pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive prospecting, lead qualification, and adept sales closure.
Tailor and refine business proposals, delivering impactful presentations to customers.
Nurture robust client relationships across all sales cycle phases, ensuring the successful renewal of existing contracts.
Oversee service delivery alignment with contractual obligations.
Monitor and meticulously track sales performances, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts.
Exceed or meet sales targets and essential key performance metrics.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of the annual marketing plan, sales strategies, and objectives.
Key Requirements:
Possess a minimum Diploma in a business/marketing-related discipline.
Demonstrate at least 3 years of hands-on experience in sales/business development.
Exhibit strategic thinking, independence, resourcefulness, and exceptional time management skills.
Showcase effective negotiation and presentation capabilities.
Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales with the capability to secure significant business accounts.
Exhibit substantial knowledge in business development, sales, and marketing.
