Job Requirements
Diploma (D3) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production area.
Good understanding of production processes and machine operation.
Technical ability to operate and set up production machines.
Able to perform basic troubleshooting on machines and production equipment.
Understanding of preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance concepts.
Able to read technical drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.
Familiar with measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
Knowledge of the label manufacturing industry is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
Operate production machines according to targets.
Ensure product quality meets company standards.
Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
Prepare production reports.
Handle production issues and perform initial troubleshooting before escalating to the maintenance team.
