Job Desk – Funded Sales Manager
Identify and manage funded
Focus on high-potential projects
Ensure products are included in approved vendor/specification lists
2. Sales & Project Closing
Convert projects from tender/negotiation into purchase orders
Negotiate price, volume, and contract terms with contractors, developers, or distributors
Achieve sales targets from funded/awarded projects
3. Customer Relationship Management (Key Stakeholders)
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and consultants
Develop long-term relationships for repeat projects
Act as the main liaison between clients and the company
4. Project Tracking Management
Monitor project
Update project status (design → tender → award → execution)
Use CRM or internal systems for opportunity tracking
5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with sales, technical, supply chain, and finance teams
Ensure product availability, pricing, and technical support meet project needs
Support bidding process and project winning strategy
6. Target & Reporting
Achieve sales targets from funded projects
Prepare forecast, and sales reports
Analyze project opportunities to improve closing rate
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture.
• Male, with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Indonesia,English is a must (spoken and written). Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the design, tender, and construction documentation process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in building materials, construction systems, or specification roles will be an advantage.
• Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
