Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event, exhibition, roadshow, sponsorship, and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.

  • Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful implementation.

  • Prepare and manage promotional materials, communication assets, product displays, and other marketing support tools for both online and offline activities.

  • Execute in-store promotional programs and support merchandising activities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and promotional activities, maintain relationships with external partners, and provide innovative ideas based on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Marketing, Promotion, or a related role (preferably in FMCG or retail industries).

  • Creative, proactive, with strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to manage multiple projects, work independently or in a team, and willing to travel for events and promotional activities when required.
