HR & General Affairs Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee administration, employment contracts, and personnel records.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Maintain employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Manage office administration, facilities, company assets, and procurement.
Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and company events.
Liaise with external vendors regarding company administrative matters.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to learn and develop in Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations is an advantage.
Candidates who are not proficient in Mandarin will not be considered.
