I. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field

  • Proven work experience in Customer Support or Marketing Support min. 1 year

  • Familiar use of Microsoft Office; Sales Force; or SAP will be an advantage

  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills


II. Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

  • Day to day communication with the assigned sales to ensure optimal sales order

  • Monitor and support the order processing, shipments, payments from the respective customers

  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, or etc via phone, email, or chat

  • Prepares the required reports
