I. Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
Proven work experience in Customer Support or Marketing Support min. 1 year
Familiar use of Microsoft Office; Sales Force; or SAP will be an advantage
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
II. Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Day to day communication with the assigned sales to ensure optimal sales order
Monitor and support the order processing, shipments, payments from the respective customers
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, or etc via phone, email, or chat
Prepares the required reports
