Organization Development Officer

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and driving various organizational development initiatives across the company. This includes managing organizational structures, job design and evaluation, workload analysis, performance management, remuneration culture-building programs, change management initiatives, and remuneration strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization remains effective, productive, and aligned with the company’s business objectives.

In this role, you will get to :

• Manage and maintain Organization Management System, including organizational structure, job design and evaluation.

• Conduct workforce and workload analysis to support organizational effectiveness and productivity.

• Support culture internalization and change management initiatives.

• Assist in designing and implementing organizational development programs, including culture-building and change management initiatives.

• Coordinate project management activities and organizational transformation initiatives across business functions.

• Support remuneration and organizational structure review projects to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization Development, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Human Capital, HR Strategy, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of Organization Design, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Career Management, Change Management, and Performance Management.

• Experience in implementing PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience supporting or managing Project activities and organizational transformation projects.

• Knowledge of organizational design principles, job architecture, and competency frameworks..

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willing to work on-site at Head Office Bandung.
