IT Staff

PT Satyaraya Keramindo Indah is part of the ROMAN Ceramic Group, an export-oriented ceramic manufacturing company and is known as one of the leading ceramic brands in Indonesia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IT Administrator Staff to support the daily operations of our IT Department. This role plays a critical part in managing technical documentation, source code repositories, IT assets, and ensuring that IT processes and documentation standards are properly maintained and updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain the company's source code repositories and code libraries.

• Ensure source code, version control records, and technical assets are properly structured, documented, and easily accessible.

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT operational procedures.

• Support the daily administrative and operational activities of the IT Department.

• Maintain IT asset inventories, hardware and software records, and software license management.

• Monitor compliance with IT documentation standards, policies, and best practices.

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for internal users when required.

• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure project documentation and system records remain accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or a similar role.

• Basic understanding of software development concepts and source code structures.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
