Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation, account setup, and access management.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment to ensure smooth business operations.
Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain inventory records and documentation of IT assets, hardware assignments, software licenses, and configurations.
Create and maintain IT operational documentation, setup procedures, user guides, and checklists.
Perform PC deployment, hardware replacement, software installation, and routine maintenance activities.
Support implementation of company IT policies, standards, and security requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding IT-related support and maintenance activities.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.
Experience with PC setup, user support, asset management, and IT documentation.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Other IT Support or Infrastructure-related certifications (Network, CCNA/CCNP, etc)
Education
Diploma (D3/D4) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
