Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow multiple clients’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
-Develop social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives
-Create monthly content plans and content calendars
-Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ads teams
-Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content
-Prepare regular social media performance reports
-Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms
-Handle basic client communication related to social media activities
Qualifications :
-Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Social Media Lead (Experience in agency will be point plus)
-Experienced in handling multiple brands/clients simultaneously
-Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok ecosystems
-Able to translate brand objectives into effective content strategies
-Familiar with social media & reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Workspace)
-Strong communication and time management skills
-Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
