Responsibilities :
Go on business trips or visit vendor locations (like garages).
Check vendor invoices and make sure they match the orders.
Make daily and monthly reports about vendor and messenger activities.
Maintain good communication with vendors and build strong relationships.
Find and recruit new vendors when needed.
Compare vendor rates and services to choose the best ones.
Make sure vendors do their job properly and follow our standards.
Coordinate the vendor management and messenger teams.
Make sure vendor vehicles are safe and meet customer delivery standards.
Track vendor performance and do regular KPI scoring.
Qualifications :
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to work in a mobile and field based environment
Have knowledge and experience in managing trucking vendors
Familiar with shipment documentation process (delivery order, invoice, etc.)
Good communication and able to work under pressure
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Good knowledge of traffic conditions, routes, and area mapping within Jabodetabek
Preferably with prior experience in logistics/freight forwarding operations
Provide excellent logistics service to all customers through high competencies personnel and effective Management System and Resources.
