Job Description
Accounting;
Manage cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting data from relevant departments.
Provide accurate data to external auditors during annual audits.
Perform bank reconciliations, receivable reconciliations, payable reconciliations, and operational revenue reconciliations.
Develop and update financial & accounting SOPs according to best practices
Manage accounting and financial reporting processes across corporate entities
Perform intercompany transaction reconciliations and appropriate eliminations
Ensure compliance and transfer pricing documentation runs smoothly
Finance;
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank reconciliation, Journal entries
Prepare and manage the company’s budget, including the annual budget, rolling forecast, and cash flow projection.
Prepare managerial financial reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders.
Lead financial evaluation of customer contracts, service tariffs, payment structures, and investment proposals, including sensitivity and profitability analysis.
Control accounts receivable, including aging receivables, collection processes, and risks of delayed payments from customers.
Tax Compliance & Planning ;
Handling company tax compliance including VAT, PPh 21/23/25/26/29, and Corporate Income Tax
Ensure understanding and implementation of Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other digital tax administration systems.
Ensure all monthly and annual tax reporting is done on time and accurately
Perform fiscal reconciliation and prepare the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return.
Always updated with the latest tax regulations and inform management of their impact.
Manage import taxation and coordinate with DJBC and DJP
Carrying out tax planning to optimize company taxes legally and efficiently
Manage transfer pricing documentation and tax risks in multi-entity structures
Monitor changes in tax regulations and evaluate their impact on the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial at a multinational company.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projection, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Hands-on experience overseeing end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collection, fixed assets, general ledger, and periodic closing processes.
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, corporate income tax, employee income tax, fiscal reconciliation, and annual tax reporting, with experience handling tax audits and disputes.
Familiar with PSAK/accounting standards, external audit processes, tax audits, and financial regulatory compliance.
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), advanced Microsoft Excel, and digital tax platforms (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot)
Strong leadership, team and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional coordination between finance, operations, commercial, and procurement teams.
Preferred certifications include Brevet A & B, Brevet C, CPA, CA, or other relevant finance/accounting/tax certifications.
