INDUSTRIAL SALES ENGINEER SUPERVISOR
Location: Surabaya (with regular travel across East Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi & Eastern Indonesia)
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and expand our business in Key Sector Industries, including mining, cement, pulp & paper, oil & gas, energy, and manufacturing.
This position plays a vital role in managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and leading a sales team to deliver strong and sustainable growth across the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business in key industrial sectors.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve performance and revenue targets.
Identify new opportunities, key accounts, and potential distributors within the region.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify trends and business opportunities.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors (preferably bearings, mechanical components, power transmission, or rotating equipment).
Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve consistent sales growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently across multiple regions.
Willing to travel frequently within East Java and Eastern Indonesia.
