Account Manager (Client Retention & Relationship Management)

The Role

This position is centered around one core objective: retaining and growing our existing client relationships.

You will nurture client accounts, maintain regular communication, identify opportunities to improve service delivery, reconnect with inactive clients, coordinate closely with our project leaders and ensure every client receives an outstanding experience with Concepts Conveyed Studio.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, commercially aware and genuinely enjoys building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of client communications.

• Ensure no client inquiry or relationship is neglected.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they become issues.

• Prepare and send quotations for project inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Follow up consistently on inquiries, proposals and ongoing opportunities.

• Reconnect with dormant or inactive clients and revive business relationships.

• Work closely with project leaders and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Gather client feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.

• Develop initiatives that strengthen client loyalty and encourage repeat business.

• Continuously look for ways to improve the overall client experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales or a similar client-facing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Candidates with previous HubSpot or CRM experience are preferred.

• Experience in architecture, interior / landscape design, construction, creative agencies or visualization studios is an advantage.

• Understanding of 3D rendering, architectural visualization or creative production workflows is a plus.
