Senior Process Engineer (R&D)

Location: Bogor, West Java

Role Purpose
Lead product trials, process improvements, and machine optimization activities to improve efficiency, quality, and machine performance while reducing production rejects through standardized process parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate trials for new products, materials, cost-reduction initiatives, and process improvements.

• Develop and standardize machine settings, process parameters (PPS), and work instructions.

• Drive process optimization to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and line speed.

• Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and process-related defects.

• Support machine expansion, retrofit, and commissioning projects.

• Analyze trial and production data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with Product Development, Production, QA, Purchasing, and external vendors.

• Ensure compliance with EHS, 5R, ISO, FSSC, SMK3, and other applicable standards.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing/process development, preferably in converting, packaging, film, paper, or lamination industries.

• Strong knowledge of process optimization, quality improvement, and troubleshooting.

• Experience handling product trials, machine commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.

• Good analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
