What you'll be doing

Organize and conduct professional development for staff.
Maintain records and documentation related to student progress and program effectiveness.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
Strong pedagogical skills and a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies for early childhood education
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
Adaptability and a passion for continuously improving teaching practices
