The Role
We're looking for a reliable MEP Technician to be our go-to person for all things mechanical, electrical, and plumbing across our managed properties. You'll work directly with our operations team to handle day-to-day maintenance requests and light installation work.
What You'll Do
Carry out routine maintenance and inspections on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Respond to repair requests across our property portfolio in a timely manner
Handle light installations (lighting, fixtures, water systems, AC units, etc.)
Identify issues early and report findings clearly to the team
Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialist work is needed
Keep basic records of work completed per property
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, or general building maintenance
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Able to handle multiple properties across different areas in Bali
Good communication, able to update the team via WhatsApp clearly and promptly
Honest, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
SIM A/C is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with AC systems (installation/service)
Familiar with villa or property management environment
Basic English is a plus
