Operational General Manager (with Rental Management)

The Operational General Manager is responsible for leading and managing all departments within a hospitality property, including operations, sales and marketing, food and beverage, and finance. This role combines high-level hospitality leadership with active rental management to expand the property portfolio and maintain strong tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities
Rental & Portfolio Management:
Proactively search for and identify new villas, apartments, and other properties to develop the management portfolio.
Maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.
Enforce occupancy rules, lease terms, and related administrative requirements.
Oversee legal and administrative functions specifically related to the property and rental sector.
Strategic Planning & Finance
Oversee daily operations & infrastructure
Sales, Marketing & Guest Relations
Execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Conduct daily sales strategy meetings and sales calls to drive occupancy.
Maintain cooperation with local government and village heads to support smooth operations.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, interview, and hire department heads.
Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential through regular performance reviews and training.
Qualifications
* Education: Degree in Room Division or a related hospitality field.
* Experience: Proven success in hospitality management, including pre-opening preparations, rebranding, and property renovation.
* Skills: Multi-tasking ability with strong problem-solving skills and a flair for organization. Extensive knowledge of legal and administrative functions within both the hospitality and property sectors.
