Office Admin – Property and Real Estate

Bali Bliss Properties is a growing property management company operating across Canggu, Seseh, Tumbak Bayuh, and Umalas. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and people-smart Office Admin to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
• Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation
• Support the team across multiple departments — you’ll be working with everyone
• Assist with OTA platform coordination and guest relations
• Manage owner and guest communications professionally and promptly
• Maintain property records, contracts, and filing systems
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal team follow-ups
• Support the team with digital tools and reports as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property or real estate administration
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Comfortable with digital admin tools: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and similar platforms
• Experience with OTA platforms is a big plus
• A strong communicator who works well across teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Local candidate based in Bali
Work Setup
• Monday to Friday, in-office | 9AM – 6PM
• Saturday, remote working
• Office located in Berawa, Bali
