Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company growth and operational objectives
Act as a strategic business partner to the management team and department heads
Lead workforce planning and organizational structure design
Provide strategic recommendations related to manpower planning and talent optimization
Organization Development (OD)
Drive organizational design, role clarity, and job evaluation frameworks
Develop and oversee performance management systems and KPI frameworks
Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs
Implement change management initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring quality
Ensure hiring aligns with business needs and workforce planning
Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent
Performance Management & Compensation
Lead performance appraisal processes and evaluation frameworks
Review salary structures, grading systems, and compensation policies
Provide recommendations for promotion, salary adjustment, and talent development
Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and healthcare regulations
Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee records
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the HR team
Ensure efficient HR service delivery across all departments
Requirements
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a strong understanding of organization development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
Proven experience in organizational restructuring and performance system implementation
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
