Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company growth and operational objectives

  • Act as a strategic business partner to the management team and department heads

  • Lead workforce planning and organizational structure design

  • Provide strategic recommendations related to manpower planning and talent optimization

Organization Development (OD)

  • Drive organizational design, role clarity, and job evaluation frameworks

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems and KPI frameworks

  • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives

  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs

  • Implement change management initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring quality

  • Ensure hiring aligns with business needs and workforce planning

  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent

Performance Management & Compensation

  • Lead performance appraisal processes and evaluation frameworks

  • Review salary structures, grading systems, and compensation policies

  • Provide recommendations for promotion, salary adjustment, and talent development

  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and healthcare regulations

  • Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee records

  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the HR team

  • Ensure efficient HR service delivery across all departments


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a strong understanding of organization development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred

  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance

  • Proven experience in organizational restructuring and performance system implementation

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
