【Job Requirements】
Minimum Diploma
Listening, speaking, reading and writing communication;
Customer reception;
Basic troubleshooting;
Multi-tasking; Data entry;
CRM operation
Professional Background:Customer Service/Call Center/Frontline Service
Work Experience:At least 1 year of customer service/call center experience
Fluent in Indonesian; Basic English reading and writing
Special Qualifications:

1、Handle omni-channel customer complaint interactions;
2、Create and update customer cases;
3、First-level troubleshooting and resolution;
4、Follow up on customer needs;
5、Escalate complex cases according to rules;
6、Ensure accurate case records;

MP: 09.00-22.00

【Total Compensation & Benefits】
Total salary range:IDR6009900-7000000
Basic Salary (Minimum - Maximum):IDR6009900、IDR6250000、IDR6457920
Incentive Attendance IDR 250,000;
Incentive Performance(only for 30%HC):IDR 250,000
Night Shift 1(15:00-24:00)IDR 15,000
Night Shift 2 (22:00-07:00) IDR 35,000(3x for Double date, NPL)
