·       Pre – Communicating refer to Ops matter Air/Sea Import arrangement

·       Checking to Airlines/Shipping Line  and obtain flight/Vessel arrival schedule confirmation

·       Monitoring shipment.

·       Monitoring refer to Import related documentation

·       Updating status shipment to Network and Cnee

·       Open Job File

·       Provide POD to Agent

·       Monitoring OPS Field staff

·       Create Invoice to Agent / Cnee

·       Inward Manifest

·       Controlling payment credit terms

·       Others duties as assigned
