Alexa Suites & Lounge is a premium Club and KTV venue located in the vibrant district of PIK 2, Jakarta. We are the ultimate destination for high-energy nightlife, delivering top-tier entertainment, signature music events, and a luxury lounge experience. We are searching for a creative, trend-obsessed Full-Time Content Creator who knows how to capture the pulse of the party and translate our vibrant energy to digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production: Brainstorm, plan, and produce highly engaging, viral-worthy short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that resonates with Millennial and Gen Z audiences.
Brand Storytelling: Capture the true essence of the venue, highlighting the electrifying club atmosphere, premium KTV rooms, dynamic DJ sets, and our signature #BKB (Breakbeat Kejut Bahu) party culture.
Social Media Management: Curate and maintain the daily social media calendar, write engaging captions, and ensure all posts align with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
F&B & Lifestyle Promotion: Create stylized content featuring our premium food and beverage offerings, including signature cocktails and lounge menus, ensuring they look as good online as they taste in person.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of fast-moving digital trends, trending audios, and meme culture, adapting them quickly for nightlife marketing.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor social platforms, interact with followers, and foster a highly engaged digital community around the brand.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager and operational team to align digital content with upcoming events, guest DJ performances, and venue promotions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably within the nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Platform Mastery: Expert-level understanding of the algorithms, features, and native editing tools of TikTok and Instagram.
Creative Tools: Proficient in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot) and basic graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator). Basic camera handling is a strong plus.
Cultural Fit: A deep passion for nightlife, electronic music, and high-energy entertainment spaces.
Self-Starter: Highly proactive with the ability to direct talent, staff, and guests confidently to get the perfect shot.
Flexible Schedule: Must be comfortable working non-traditional hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays to capture peak operational hours.
Portfolio Required: Applicants must submit a portfolio or links to active social media accounts demonstrating their ability to create engaging, trend-driven content.
