Key Qualification :
More than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and villa management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager (GM) position
Strong strategic leadership with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
Comprehensive understanding of villa and hotel operations, as well as premium service standards
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, P&L, and cost efficiency
Results-driven with a focus on business growth: revenue, occupancy, and profitability
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in OTA platforms and Property Management Systems
