About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team at PT. MAX AUTO INDONESIA' in Pekanbaru Riau. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all cash and non-cash transactions in our retail store, ensuring efficient and accurate customer service. This is a contract position with the opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially transition into a permanent role.
Job Description :
Oversee day to day the finance report from sales and aftersales department
Manage report of budget from GA and Marketing, Resposible ro supervise and control of cashier work
Manage quick book of Maxride every day, Bank checking customer payment by transfer and manage transfer book
Reconciliation Maxride bank vs ERP and Top Up Data, Deposit cash to bank
Manage ERP for transfer payment every customer
Develop and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
Colaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Opname stock warehouse on first week in Months
Job Qualification :
Have experience in cashier min 1 years
Have experience in Automotive Company will be adventage
Bachelor degree in related field
Able to operate computers, especially Ms Axcel and Google Sheet
Able to operate ERP system
Loyal, Careful, have a good Communication skill and problem solving
