Responsibilites
Strategize, plan & manage paid KOL campaigns across social media from ideation to post-campaign reporting
Research and identify potential KOLs across targeted categories.
Evaluate and select KOLs that align with campaign objectives, budgets and brand values.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with selected KOLS.
Coordinate with BD teams to understand campaign needs.
Negotiate collaboration terms with KOLs and monitor campaign performances.
Track and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights.
Qualifications
Ability to actively communicate verbally & written in English is a must
Have worked in influencer/ digital agency min. 1 year (not internship)
Proven experience in influencer marketing (endorsement) at least 2 years.
Responsible, attention to detail, and solution oriented person and love influencer industry.
In-depth knowledge of cross KOL categories
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with good attitude & integrity
Ability to manage multiple projects independently or with team.
Proven experience on handling high demand clients with tight deadlines
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
