Eat Pizza Indonesia, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customer service training programs to our frontline staff, ensuring they provide an exceptional experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills for our customer-facing teams

  2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that effectively impart knowledge and inspire our staff to deliver exceptional customer service

  3. Monitor and assess the performance of our customer service teams, providing feedback and coaching to help them continuously improve

  4. Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and implement tailored solutions

  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends in customer service and training

  6. Contribute to the development of training materials, manuals, and resources

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service training or coaching role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse audience

  3. Strong understanding of customer service principles, best practices, and industry trends

  4. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction

  5. Proficiency in using training technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience

  6. Possess a relevant degree in Hospitality, F&B, Human Resources, or a related field

  7. Ability to communicate in English is a must!
