Organization Development Staff

Hiro Group Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate individual in the field of Human Resources & Organization Development to join our team.

Job Description

• Create and update organizational structures, Job Descriptions, and company SOPs

• Handle onboarding administration and employee contract extensions

• Monitor manpower requirements and maintain manning data updates

• Manage KPI input processes and calculations for Operation & Head Office teams

• Coordinate with related teams in organizing company events and employee promotion processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Understanding of basic Organization Development concepts such as Organizational Structure and SOPs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Visio/Draw.io is a plus

• Strong communication and administrative skills

• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
