The Marketing Manager is the strategic force behind our brand's growth, visibility, and market presence. This role leads the full spectrum of marketing activities, from campaign strategy and creative direction to team leadership, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand vision and drives measurable business impact across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that sharpen brand positioning and hit revenue targets
Ensure brand consistency is airtight across all touchpoints, product, campaign, store, and digital platforms
Identify opportunities for brand expansion and partnerships that align with our market positioning
Design, plan, and execute monthly and annual marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Build seasonal promotional plans that move in sync with product launches, events, and market trends
Manage the advertising & promotion budget with a sharp eye on efficiency and ROI
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through data-driven analysis and regular reporting
Oversee the creation of compelling content including videos, lookbooks, and social media assets that authentically reflect the brand identity
Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and on quality
Lead photoshoots and video productions with strong brand storytelling and visual coherence in mind
Own the KOL/Influencer strategy end-to-end, from talent selection to partnership execution and performance tracking
Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and collaborations that deepen offline engagement
Lead and mentor the Marketing, Creative, Host Live, and Sales teams, driving collaboration and cross-department alignment
Set clear KPIs and performance goals for each division and hold teams accountable to results
Build a team culture that is creative, data-driven, and outcome-oriented
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for fashion or retail industry background
Proven leadership experience as a Marketing Lead, Supervisor, or Manager, this is not an entry-level role
Deep understanding of both high-level marketing strategy and ground-level execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Strong command of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and the social media ecosystem
A creative thinker with an analytical edge, equally comfortable with aesthetics and performance metrics
Highly organized, data-driven, and built to thrive in a fast-moving environment
Genuinely passionate about fashion, brand storytelling, and growing social media presence and engagement
Willing to work full-time from our office (WFO) in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
