Position: Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: North Jakarta (Jakarta Utara), DKI Jakarta

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and manage daily supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, inventory, and distribution functions while optimizing efficiency, cost, and service levels

🔎 Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, inventory, warehouse, and distribution)

2. Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control

3. Develop demand forecasts and coordinate replenishment planning

4. Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports (KPI tracking)

5. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement strategies

6. Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations

8. Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Finance

✅Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management

- Strong understanding of inventory management and forecasting

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, reporting) are required
