Sales Assistant

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of sales support functions from PO to payment collection. Be responsible for the team KPI performance assessment

• Ensure all sales orders are processed correctly and efficiently from order to cash, custom clearance document can be submitted to customer on time;

• Timely communication with Headquarter on order information and team performance, perform the analysis report needed by Headquarter on time

• Able to immediately handle the ERP system to create SC to final invoicing in case of team member's absence

• Coordinate with other department to solve issues raised during PO to payment collection

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, or other similar fields

• Familiar with basic knowledge of international trade, such as payment methods, international settlements, trade terms, letters of credit

• Minimum 5 years experience in international trade business

• Strong communication skills. A good command of English is a must.
