Key Responsibilities:
Support the Cinema Manager in overseeing day-to-day cinema operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and guide Cinema Crew in their daily duties to maintain excellent guest service and operational flow.
Assist in preparing work schedules and ensure the team is properly staffed and trained.
Monitor cinema cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across all areas including the lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and offices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards at all times.
Assist in the execution of in-cinema promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Provide hands-on support during peak hours and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
Assist in monitoring daily sales, inventory usage, and reporting to the Cinema Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, majoring in: Business Administration / Marketing / Hotel & Tourism / Management / Accounting
Experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leading large teams of more than 10 members within a complex and dynamic operational environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Good proficiency in English — both written and spoken.
