Currently, we are looking for a passionate and visionary Brand Strategist Manager to lead our brand marketing initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product innovation and consumer connection. You will play a key role in steering the brand's strategic direction, translating market demands into impactful campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new products successfully win the market
Responsibilities
1. Create, develop and implement brand objectives, marketing strategy and plans to leverage SOM of the brands.
2. Conduct and create complete analysis on brand positioning, brand performance, branding strategy, pricing and strategies implementation.
3. Responsible for the promotional budget and ensuring the initiatives are launched effectively in terms of spending limits and campaign impact.
4. Work closely with internal teams to launch new products and improve existing product formulation by constantly reviewing beauty market trend and customer’s insights.
5. Utilize mix marketing tools (Endorsement, Digital Ads, Offline Billboard, Reseller Strategy, Etc) as part of the marketing strategy.
6. Oversee Brand Marketing's team and provide support to internal teams on brand-related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Business Marketing or related field with 3.0 and above GPA from reputable university.
Have minimum of 3-5 years of working experiences in managerial level as Brand Manager, preferably in a multinational beauty company or in local beauty brands/platform.
Have solid knowldege of brand strategy and marketing strategy.
Have deep business acumen and strong communication skill.
Data-driven, visionary, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Willing to WFO at Jakarta Barat.
