About the role
We are seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at The Shisha House Seminyak, Bali. This is a contract position based in our vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Seminyak. As part of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and drink orders, communicating these clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
Serving meals and beverages to customers in a timely and attentive fashion
Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any issues or concerns
Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
Assisting with stock replenishment and light food preparation as needed
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of waitstaff experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including cocktails and shisha
