About the role
Haris Dave Music Studio in West Jakarta is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part-Time Music Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons in vocal, guitar, and keyboard to our students. This is a part-time position, allowing you the flexibility to pursue other commitments alongside your work with us.
What you'll be doing
Delivering one-on-one or small group music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
Developing customised lesson plans to cater to the individual needs and goals of each student.
Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students progress in their musical abilities.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Participating in studio events and recitals to showcase student achievements.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated expertise in vocal, guitar, and/or keyboard performance and instruction.
Previous experience teaching music, particularly to students of varying ages and skill levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, driving the studio’s success through shared goals and mutual support.
Passion for music education and a genuine desire to inspire and nurture the musical talents of our students.
