MEP ENGINEER ( BALI BASED)
The role
NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI' is seeking a talented MEP Engineer to join their team based in Kuta Utara, Bali. As an MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and implementation of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems for our exciting projects. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the development of world-class facilities in this vibrant location.
Key responsibilities
Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine MEP systems that meet project requirements and compliance standards
Preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for MEP systems
Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure the successful installation and integration of MEP systems
Monitoring and inspecting MEP systems during construction to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Providing technical support and advice to the project team throughout the design and construction phases
Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the MEP design and installation process
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, preferably in the building or construction industry
Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering design tools
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Experience working on projects in Bali or similar tropical environments is preferred
